The product KISSsoft is a program for the after-invoice, interpretation and optimization of machine elements.
For the module for the calculation of gear wheels an interface is developed into CATIA V5 by the company SWMS Systemtechnik. With this interface it is possible to produce the gear wheels calculated in KISSsoft, direct in CATIA V5.
The time expensive construction of the gear wheels or transferring the fault-prone manually of the numerous parameters in corresponding programs of third party suppliers are therefore dropped.

The construction of the gear wheels can be carried out on different ways. A gear wheel can be produced at an existing construction.
It is possible to make a gear wheel in a new share. In addition, the production of a discount body is possible for boolesche operations. The KISSsoft calculation file and the production information required for the drawing derivation can be appended to the CATIA-Part by the interface. It is made sure by this function that all necessary information can be gone back to by the construction of the gear wheel up to the production.
